What is happening
to my body.

The first weeks after diagnosis feel like learning a foreign language in a foreign country. Our clinical education workshops translate neurologist jargon into language you can use at breakfast the next morning.

Every workshop is led by a certified movement disorder specialist and recorded for members who can't attend in person.

Monthly Workshops with Movement Disorder Specialists

Not a lecture. A conversation. You bring your notebook and your questions. We bring a neurologist and two hours.

Members who attend three or more workshops report feeling significantly more confident managing their condition day-to-day.

87%

say they understand their medications better after the first workshop series.

01

Motor & Non-Motor Symptoms

4-week series

Why tremor is only one piece. We cover rigidity, fatigue, sleep changes, and the symptoms nobody warns you about.

02

Reading Your Medication Schedule

Monthly session

Levodopa timing, off periods, and why the 2 p.m. dose matters. Delivered by a movement disorder nurse in plain language.

03

Talking to Your Neurologist

Quarterly workshop

The 12 questions that get the most out of a 20-minute appointment. Members report leaving clinic feeling heard for the first time.

04

Staging & Progression

Annual deep-dive

What the Hoehn & Yahr scale actually means for Tuesday morning. Honest, evidence-based, without catastrophising.

The next workshop is included in your first session.

Why does
no one understand.

Because they haven't sat in this circle. Peer matching connects you with someone who has — someone at the same stage, managing the same Tuesday-morning questions.

"We stopped pretending everything was fine. The group gave us permission to be honest with each other."

How peer matching works

When you reserve your first chair, you'll answer three questions. Within 48 hours, we introduce you to another member by email. You decide how much contact you want.

One-to-one peer matching

Matched by diagnosis stage, age, and what you said you needed most. Not a random assignment.

Monthly navigator check-ins

A social worker calls every 30 days for the first six months. Not to check a box — to actually listen.

Remote member access

Live-streamed Tuesday sessions and a private community for members who can't attend in person.

Losing
my mobility.

Exercise is the only intervention shown to slow Parkinson's progression. Not medication. Not supplements. Exercise — done consistently, with the right modifications, with people who know what your body is doing.

All classes are designed in partnership with movement disorder physical therapists.

Amplitude-focused movement therapy. Research shows it improves walking speed, balance, and quality of life more than conventional physical therapy.

The future
feels unmanageable.

Every Tuesday session ends with 20 minutes of structured planning time. Not vague optimism. Specific next steps, written down, with a person's name next to each one. Our clinical navigators specialize in turning "I don't know what to do" into a list you can act on before Thursday.

Care Plan Development

A licensed social worker sits with you — and whoever you want in the room — to map the next 12 months. Not a generic checklist. A plan for your life.

Benefits Navigation

SSDI, Medicare Part D, pharmaceutical assistance programs. We know which doors are open and how to walk through them.

Home Safety Assessment

An occupational therapist visits and makes recommendations before a fall makes them urgent. Grab bars, lighting, floor surfaces.

Caregiver Respite Planning

Caregivers burn out. We help you build a rotation before you hit the wall — adult day programs, respite stays, reliable backup coverage.
